Privacy notice
This notice explains how TAN STUDIOS CREATIVE LTD handles personal information from this website — both what you send us through the contact form, and what is collected if you allow analytics cookies.
Who we are. TAN STUDIOS CREATIVE LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17366413. Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. You can contact us at [email protected].
What we collect. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, company name, the enquiry details you provide, and your budget and area of interest.
Why we collect it and our lawful basis. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss potential work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to people who contact us about our services.
Who else sees it. Your enquiry is stored in a spreadsheet in our Google Workspace account. We are notified by email that something has arrived, but that notification deliberately contains none of your details — so your enquiry exists in one place only, and the deletion timetable below governs all of it. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. If you have accepted analytics cookies, Google Analytics also receives information about your visit. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Cookies and analytics. This website sets no cookies until you choose to allow them. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site — which pages are read, roughly where in the world visitors are, and whether pages load well. Google acts as our processor and some of this data is handled outside the UK under Google’s standard contractual clauses. We do not use it for advertising. Our lawful basis here is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time using the button below. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
How long we keep it. We keep enquiries for 24 months, then delete them. If we go on to work together, we keep records for six years as required for our accounts.
Your rights. You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within one month.
Complaints. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
